At Nature Gifts, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. We are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below.
We aim to ensure that the products you order are delivered as per your specifications. However, if you receive an incomplete order, damaged product, or an incorrect item, please notify Nature Gifts Customer Support at info@naturegifts.in immediately, or within 7 working days of receiving the product. Nature Gifts will not be liable for any delivery issues reported after this period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us by email at info@naturegifts.in with your order details and the reason for the refund request.
Full Refund Possible If:
- You received a defective item
- The item was lost or damaged during transit
- The item is past its expiry date
Please note: The mode of refund may vary depending on the circumstances.
If the refund is made via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. This delay is due to banking procedures, and unfortunately, we have no control over this timeframe.
